Several buildings suffered interior water damage from roof leaks, affecting ceilings, insulation, drywall, flooring, and lighting. Parking and pole lights are leaning, the fire alarm needed resetting, and minor exterior damage occurred to gutters, flashing, and electrical systems. Facility will be demolished and master plan developed for its potential replacement.

The courthouse sustained extensive storm damage, including basement flooding, sinkholes, electrical issues, an inoperable elevator, and water intrusion on multiple floors. Interior damage affected offices, fixtures, and contents, with significant losses in the basement.

Roof leaks caused severe water damage to the library’s interior, requiring immediate content removal. Mitigation included drying, temporary roofing, and partial demolition. Additional damage includes 37 missing/damaged landscape lights and damaged sections of fencing. Ongoing stabilization and cleanup are needed.
