Commission Sets Public Hearing on County Surplus Property

The Charlotte County Commission has scheduled a public hearing for 10 a.m., Sept. 22, 2026 at the Charlotte County Administration Center, 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, on a proposed resolution to declare certain county property as surplus for affordable housing needs.
