CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Oct. 20, 2026) – The tennis courts, restrooms, some parking areas and open space areas of William R. Gaines Jr. Memorial Veterans Park are closed for utility and park improvements until further notice. A news release will be issued when park amenities are reopened.
