CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Aug. 21, 2026) – Westchester Boulevard between Idlewild Street and Vassar Street will have intermittent lane closures 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 26 through Friday, Aug. 28 for ERS Construction to repair sidewalks.
Travelers should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
