CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Sept. 29, 2026) – Eastbound and westbound right-hand turn lanes on Kenilworth Boulevard at the Atwater Street intersection will be closed 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 6 through Wednesday, Oct. 7 for Ferreira Construction to install power poles.
Travelers should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
