CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Feb. 19, 2026) – Starting Monday, March 9, the Utilities Department will serve customer walk-ins at a new location:
Promenades Mall
3280 South Tamiami Trail, Unit 505
Port Charlotte, FL 33952
The new payment center will be accessed easiest via Harbor Boulevard.
Starting Monday, March 9, customer walk-ins will no longer be served at the Murdock Administration Center. Hours of operation at the new location will remain from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.
