CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Sept. 15, 2026) — Charlotte County Administration will host a series of town hall meetings to provide residents with information and answer questions about the 1% Local Option Sales Tax and property tax reform.
The meetings are scheduled for 6-7 p.m. on the following dates and locations:
Sept. 22 – Tringali Park Community Center
Sept. 29 – Punta Gorda Charlotte Library
Sept. 30 – Mid-County Regional Library
Oct. 6 – Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park recreation center
Oct. 8 – Centennial Park recreation center
Oct. 12 – Harold Avenue Regional Park recreation center
Oct. 12 – Punta Gorda Charlotte Library
Residents are encouraged to attend, learn more and ask questions.
