Project Description
The existing pool at Port Charlotte Beach Park will be replaced with a community pool suitable for lap swimming, aerobic exercise, therapy, and other special events.
The proposed pool will be 54% larger than the existing pool (140,000 vs. 65,000 gallons) and include lap lanes. The facility will have a check-in station, locker rooms, multiple restrooms, office space, a break room, storage areas, and restrooms for the pier.

Power and water have been rerouted to the sailing center building. All permits have now been issued and earthwork has begun with cast piles and site grading on track.
