The Bayshore Live Oak Playground Restroom Replacement project will provide a new, modern restroom facility to better serve park visitors. The existing structure was damaged during Hurricanes Milton and Helene and is unsafe to repair or reuse. It will be replaced with a durable, code-compliant building designed for safety, accessibility, and ease of maintenance. The Burnt Store Area Drainage Study seeks to identify areas that flood now, and areas that are expected to flood once the watershed is built out. The study will recommend conceptual improvements to alleviate this flooding.
